State Farm Lowering Louisiana Auto Rates

State Farm insurance will lower auto coverage rates in Louisiana at the end of June by an average of 2.5 percent, according to the insurer.

The company, which is the top insurer in the nation, said the decrease will result in an annual savings to its customers of just over $22 million.

State Farm provides coverage in Louisiana for approximately one in every three vehicles.
