Explosive devices and signage were located at the homes, leading police to believe the well-known eco-terror group was responsible. A sign left at the scene had the initials "ELF" on it and claimed the homes were not environmentally friendly. ELF was founded in Great Britain in 1992 and is reported to be active in more than a dozen countries. The multi-million-dollar development known as "Street of Dreams" in Woodinville went up in flames in the early morning hours Monday, with no injuries reported. Initial damage to the homes was set at $7 million.
