Officials report that one child is alive following the crash of a passenger jet from Yemen with 153 (11 crew members) people aboard.The Airbus A310 went down in the Indian Ocean early Tuesday during an attempted landing in heavy wind on the island locale of Comoros.
Bodies were seen floating in the ocean and a police spokesperson indicated three had been recovered so far.
The plane had set off from the Yemeni capital of San'a and crashed before landing in Moroni, on the main island of Grand Comore.
