AmWINS Group Unveils Energy Practice

AmWINS Group Inc. has formed an Energy Practice within its Brokerage Division. The Energy Practice, based in the company’s Houston office, will be led by Pascal Ray and Maryanne Maniaci, who recently joined the firm.

“This represents a significant opportunity for AmWINS,” said James Drinkwater, president of the company’s Brokerage Division. “We have strong relationships with many agencies whose customers operate in the energy sector. Pascal and Maryanne bring a level of experience and expertise in the oil and gas industry that is unrivaled. By forming a dedicated energy practice, we will quickly be able to bring new resources and expand our relationships.”

Ray and Maniaci have more than 50 years of combined experience in the insurance industry. Each has held several senior level positions in both a brokerage and underwriting capacity.
