The launch of the blogs coincides with the unveiling of an updated Web site design of www.WestfieldInsurance.com. Mike Rossander, corporate information security manager for Westfield Insurance, authors the Information Security Blog at www.Infosec.WestfieldInsurance.com. Rossander will lead the discussion on security-related topics relevant to individuals and businesses, including tips to help uphold the privacy and security of confidential information.
Westfield Insurance senior risk control representatives Lisa Mundt and Jay Gumbrecht have teamed up to co-author the Loss Control Blog at www.LossControl.WestfieldInsurance.com. Mundt and Gumbrecht will discuss a wide range of risk management and loss prevention topics, to help businesses manage and reduce potential risks thus reducing loss.
The new Web site design features improved site functionality and navigation, providing more convenient access to information on farm insurance, business insurance, personal home and car insurance, and managing risks. The site also provides access for customers to online bill pay and claims information."Our customers are searching online for information to help them make better informed decisions when it comes to buying insurance," said Gary Christy, marketing director for Westfield Insurance.
