San Bernardino County officials reported that a magnitude 4.1 earthquake rattled the region some six miles northeast of Yucaipa early Thursday morning. No injuries or damages were initially reported.
The temblor hit at 2:41 a.m. and occured at a depth of approximately six miles, according to a report from the U.S. Geological Survey.
Yucaipa is located approximately 70 miles east of Los Angeles.
