Canadian 'Dancer' Sues for Age Discrimination

This just goes to show that age apparently does matter.

A Toronto-area strip club has been hit with an age discrimination suit from a 44-year-old exotic dancer, who claims she was fired as a result of her age.

Kimberlee Ouwroulis, who reportedly began stripping four years ago, claims the manager at New Locomotion strip club sat her down back in June and said, "Your time is up here," the National Post reports.

Ouwroulis, who claims she would like to strip for another three or four years, asked the owner if the firing was due to her age and was reportedly told that a co-worker who is also over 40 was also fired the same day.

Ouwroulis, who filed her complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, is presently dancing at another strip club.
