Companies do not need to be Compli clients to participate. The ADA Amendments Act, effective Jan. 1, 2009, brings major change for most employers. The Act will require almost all human resource professionals, managers, and business owners to adopt new policies and procedures in dealing with accommodation requests, as well as greatly impact the defense of employment litigation claims.
