North American Risk Services (NARS), a national provider of property and casualty third-party administration (TPA) services, has purchased the Tallahassee divisional assets of Unisource Administrators from Claimetrics Inc.“We have been actively pursuing new opportunities to expand and diversify our revenue base. Unisource’s Tallahassee division offered NARS the chance to establish relationships with several highly successful programs while providing us with access into many new market niches,”commented NARS CEO, Walt Silva. “We are confident that NARS’ commitment to tailored and responsive customer service will combine well with the superb customer service already being provided by the Tallahassee claims professionals currently handling these accounts. This combination should result in a seamless transition, ongoing excellence in claims handling and additional opportunities for growth on the part of NARS and its new clients.”
The Tallahassee division will continue at its present location while being fully integrated into the NARS operational structure. “We have discussed our plans for the future growth and development of the Tallahassee division with a number of the more prominent clients of Unisource and received enthusiastic support from each of them,” indicated Robert Ruryk, president/COO of NARS. “We are looking forward to building upon the excellent relationships already established by the Unisource staff and expanding our service offerings in Tallahassee and as well as other venues.”
