Premier Dealer Services Inc. (PDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Great American Insurance Company, announced the release of its PremierDEFENSE windshield protection program.PremierDEFENSE is a transparent polyester film (or “skin”) that is applied to vehicle windshields. The application helps to absorb the impact of standard road hazards. The skin provides other benefits such as scratch resistance, glare reduction and UV stabilizers.
Purchasers of the product receive a multi-year no chip/no-crack limited warranty that includes windshield replacement and the installation of a new windshield skin in the event the windshield is damaged as a result of road debris.
Before selling or installing PremierDEFENSE windshield protection, all PremierDEFENSE vendors must be certified by completing a comprehensive training program.
PremierDEFENSE is marketed nationwide through automobile dealerships at point of sale, in the service/parts department and finance office.
The limited warranty issued by PDS (www.pds-gaic.com) is backed by Great American Insurance Company.
