Officials in Altamonte Springs, Florida report that no criminal charges will be filed against a work crew that fled the scene of a crane collapse on top of a house.The incident happened earlier this month and the home's owner who was inside at the time was not injured.
The workers on site said they left the scene because the company they work for, Gator Tree Experts, reportedly did not have insurance.
