The former husband of a San Diego area woman found dead in her driveway last week was arrested in Meridian, Idaho on Monday.Frank Weaver, 60, was arrested without incident and booked on suspicion of murder, according to Idaho authorities.
Police in Santee, California had wanted to speak with Weaver since the discovery of his ex-wife's body. Maureen Weaver, 50, who worked for an insurance company in Kearny Mesa, was found last Thursday morning. Authorities have not said how Weaver died, other than it was a homicide.
There is no word yet on whether or not Frank Weaver will fight possible extradition back to California.
