Louisiana's Workers' Compensation Corporation is offering a Web site to advise employers and employees about workplace safety issues. The site, www.saferplacetowork.com, offers 39 different safety topics on subjects such as driving safety, lifting safety, how to prevent of slips and falls and advice on how to create a workplace safety program.
The LWCC is a private nonprofit mutual insurance company that is Louisiana's largest writer of workers' comp insurance.
