ImageRight Notes New Option for Agents

ImageRight, a provider of insurance-focused content management and workflow solutions, announced that since the company's acquisition of Computers by Design in 2007, a new offering has been developed specifically to meet the needs of insurance agents and brokers.

ImageRight's new offering includes many best practices workflows reportedly well-suited for the needs of property/casualty insurance agents. These industry recommended workflows are available to be delivered with the system and can be customized to meet the individual needs of agencies and brokerages alike.

The workflows integrate ImageRight's existing automated intelligent workflows and the industry recommended workflows published by IIABA's Agents Council for Technology (ACT) and Council for Best Practices in the "Best Practices Guide to Agency Business Processes and Workflows,'' which was developed in conjunction with the Nettles Consulting Network. The guide can be found on the ACT Web site at http://www.independentagent.com/act under "Advanced Agency Workflows.''

ImageRight together with Computers by Design, currently serves more than 500 companies representing all segments of the insurance industry, including life, property/casualty and reinsurance carriers, agencies, MGAs, wholesale insurance brokers, and insurance service providers.
