AIG Excess Casualty Adds to Real Estate Coverage

AIG Excess Casualty®, a unit of AIG Commercial Insurance, has introduced Real Estate AdvantageSM, a collection of coverage enhancements for claims asserting discrimination and for professional liability claims for services such as on-site spas or beauty salons.

In addition, Real Estate Advantage includes an extended pollution endorsement for additional named perils such as pesticides, herbicides and carbon monoxide. The pollution endorsement also allows insureds more time to report a pollution claim.

The real estate industry must constantly address evolving exposures, said Tim McAuliffe, president, AIG Excess Casualty. Real Estate Advantage is an extension of our commitment to the industry and responds to the challenging insurance needs of these businesses with the comprehensive and flexible coverage they need.

Real Estate Advantage is available to insureds at policy inception or renewal.
