California Quake Registers 4.2

A magnitude 4.2 earthquake hit the desert 14 miles north-northwest of Borrego Springs, California Wednesday evening just before 9 p.m.

Reports say there were no injuries or damages recorded.

The quake was followed by a magnitude 2.4 tremor less than an hour later.
