Tokyo Shaken By 6.8 Earthquake

An earthquake with a reported 6.8 magnitude shook Tokyo early Wednesday, with the quake reportedly centered off the Japanese coast some 100 miles from the capital.

There were no initial reports of deaths, injuries or property damage.

Less than an hour after the initial quake, reports say a 5.3 quake took place in the same area.
